Director of Distance Education Enrollment Management - Unity College

Job Description:
The Director of Distance Education Enrollment Management will partner with both Unity College's President and the Chief Distance Education Officer (CDEO) to design and share creative ideas and best practices in enrollment management for recruiting and ensuring the success of adult learners in Unity College's distance education degree programs. This new position will provide vision and structure for the Distance Education Admissions, enrollment and student success teams to implement.
The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience that demonstrates success in enrollment management; experience growing enrollment amongst distance, online and/or adult learners is a must. Energetic and creative candidates with an interest in building a program from the ground up are especially encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive salary with generous benefits. Additional Information:
This is a location bound full-time, calendar-year, exempt position. There is a requirement to work irregular hours and weekends as needed to ensure maximum exposure and coverage, but is primarily day shift. Must be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting the college's needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
