FT Customer Care Rep

Job Description
An Inbound Customer Care Professional is responsible for fielding inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests and inbound email requests in a fast faced, dynamic environment with a focus on technical support using the web and computer.
Scheduling
This position is a full time and part time position, up to 40 hours per week to start, lasting about 4-6 weeks, starting immediately. Evenings and weekends required. Flexibility necessary.
Requirements
Must speak fluent English and preferably Spanish.
Be able to type 35 words per minute or greater;
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in a chair.
Pay Grade
This position pays $9-15/hr DOE and client requirements.
Restrictions
This position is only open to applicants residing in the following states: ME. Those not residing in those states may apply but will only be contacted when the position is open to that particular state/province.
Background Screening
This position requires each candidate submit to a background screening as a condition of employment. This employment screening is at no cost to the employee.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
