Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner - Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences - Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product availability - Accurately process transactions and handle cash with precision - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation - Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods (preferred however we will train) - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and upselling techniques - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict compliance guidelines - Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be clean and presentable ( this is a relaxed environment Jeans and a T-shirt are exceptable.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
